We want to live in safe, just and healthy communities where systems work toward the success of every child and person of every race in our community.

The power systems and structures of Ohio are conspiring against the poor and people of color. We are faith communities linking arms to say, “not in our communities.”

HOW WE LEAD

• We believe in the power of acting collectively in ways that are consistent with our faith values and principles of democracy.

• We value religious and ethnic diversity and honor all faith traditions and expressions. 

• We believe that leadership development activates ordinary people to improve the quality of our communities 

• We cultivate a culture of power building, leadership development, and a focus on big systems change. 

• We share an analysis of how systems impact and divide us differently based on our race, class, gender and sexuality 

• We believe through organizing we can transform people, our public institutions and culture.
